Universal Pad Stand (UPS)
It all started with a need to mount pads for my 2-stroke pedals. Note that one pad is a Yamaha, and the other a Roland; the mounting holes differ by 90 degrees, yet both mount to the stands and are fully adjustable.
Mount your trigger pad against a drum head (plastic or mesh) to trigger an acoustic drum.
With a mounting plate installed in your acoustic bass drum, you can place your triggering device anywhere on the inside of the drum head, and at any pressure.
Cut away some of your drum head, and mount any existing drum pad (Roland, Alesis, Yamaha) inside a bass drum.
Mount any existing electronic drum pad and kick it!
